Postponed.

Due to recent events and unforeseen circumstances, we feel it is appropriate to postpone the State of the Classroom Spring Forum being led by a Leadership Lexington project group that was scheduled for April 19 at Frederick Douglass High School. We will be back in touch when the event has been re-scheduled.

Can my children attend the Spring Forum? Will there be child care?
Children are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions. The students' views on education issues will be valued and welcomed. Child care will not be provided at the Spring Forum.

Is State of the Classroom affiliated with a political party?
No, State of the Classroom is a strictly non-partisan group. The forum and website are a group project organized by participants of Leadership Lexington, a leadership development program sponsored by Commerce Lexington. Opinions stated at the Spring Forum or on www.StateOfTheClassroom.org do not represent those of Commerce Lexington or the Leadership Lexington Forum.

Who will be speaking at the Forum?
A detailed list is coming soon!
